The leaves are washed thoroughly with water and sun-dried to remove impurities and moisture.
The dried leaves are molded into plates using heat press machines — no chemicals or coatings added.
The finished Areca plates are quality-checked and packaged for eco-friendly use worldwide.
Sugarcane residue (bagasse) is collected after juice extraction and dried to remove excess moisture.
The dried bagasse is cleaned and processed into a pulp using high-pressure steam and natural binding agents.
The pulp is molded into plates of various sizes and designs using heat and pressure.
The plates are dried, quality-checked, and packaged for distribution — ready for eco-conscious use.
